Exchange and Return

The buyer has seven working days from the day the product is received to contact us for product pick up.

Products must be returned intact with all labels, price tags and packaging in their original state with a valid proof of purchase (i.e. an aerosoft invoice).

aerosoft has seven working days to validate the reason of return and to inspect the product before exercising the exchange.

We will adjust the value of the purchase against or with your next purchase of the same or another product equal to or higher than the amount of the first purchase. aerosoft reserves the right not to accept the return in exchange for the reimbursement of cash.

aerosoft reserves the right to refuse any exchange of items that have been mishandled or are outside the warranty standards.

There will be an initial charge for the pickup of the products. Refer to our rate card to see these costs by area. In the case that the ordered product was wrongly delivered, aerosoft will absorb the cost of pickup of said products.
