Profit Center Head
Desired Candidate Profile
Only Female MBA (from premier Institutes – Oxford, IIM’s, FMS etc,) with small
experience preferably in concept selling or selling of high valued
products . The incumbent would be primarily responsible for sales, training,
placements accounts & administrative work at centre level. The candidate
will have the overall responsibility of the Centre profitability, revenue
generation based on student enrollments, Implementations of systems & processes,
people management and MIS. Applicant will be accountable to achieve the Bottom
Line and the Top line and to provide leadership to the Center.
# Prior management & direct supervisory experience of a team
# Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibility Area’s :
# Look after b2b sales, academics, placements & overall administration of the
center & the offices in that region
# Understand & implement growth strategies for the institute in a particular
region.
# Identifying & following up on new business opportunities both for local &
National Sales
# Ensure that the required number of students are achieved, the brand & goodwill
is developed in that region.
# Ensure that the academic delivery is up to the desired standards – he will be
required to teach a few subjects to maintain a connect with the students and
also ensure that we maintain our track records of 100% placements and 90% market
share for wealth management education in the region.
